Every shipment receives a tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch.
You’ll receive an e‑mail titled “Your Dublicare Tracking Link.” Click the link for real‑time updates. If you can’t find the e‑mail, simply contact support with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
National orders normally arrive in 12–19 business days.
A limited June/July batch was shipped with an alternate carrier and may take 45–60 days. These parcels are still in transit and will be delivered. Check the special notice in your inbox for more details.

Carriers sometimes pause updates during the middle leg of the journey. As soon as the parcel reaches the local depot, scans resume. If no scan appears after 7 days, contact support and we’ll investigate or ship a replacement.
