At Duplicare, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

✅ Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact our customer support
Email us at info@duplicare.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send the item(s) back
Return the product(s) to the address provided, along with the completed return form.
Make sure to use a tracked shipping method and share the Track & Trace code with us.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are at the sender’s expense.

Step 3: Receive your refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

❗ Important Notes

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Personal care products (e.g. skincare, oils, serums, creams)

  • Health & wellness items

  • Medical devices

  • Underwear or intimate items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original condition

  • With all original packaging intact
